Chapter 7: 1/10-Gb Ethernet Switch Firmware
ND Cache
Clicking the ND CACHE tab brings up the ND CACHE CONFIGURATION page
(Figure 7-101). The parameters for this page are shown in Table 7-76.
Hop Limit
This parameter denotes the Hop Limit value to be placed in the Router
Advertisements sent on the Interface.
Def-Rtr Time
This parameter specifies the Default router lifetime to be placed in the
Router Advertisements sent on the interface.
RA Rch Time
This parameter indicates the Reachable time to be placed in the Router
Advertisements sent on the interface.
RA Retrans Time
This parameter specifies the RA Retransmit time to be placed in the Router
Advertisement sent on the interface.
Prefix-Adv Status This parameter specifies the Prefix Advertisement status on the Interface.
RA Min
This parameter specifies the minimum time in seconds allowed between
sending unsolicited router advertisements.
RA Max
This parameter indicates the maximum time in seconds allowed between
sending unsolicited router advertisements.
DAD Retries
This parameter specifies the maximum number of Duplicate Address
Detection retries.
