4-2 Removing the Chassis Cover

Removing the Chassis Cover

Push the power button to turn off the power to the system. 1.

Disconnect the chassis from any power source. 2.

Slide the release tab (A) towards the cover handle (B).3.

Grasp the cover handle with your ngers.4.

Slide the cover toward the rear of the chassis5.

Remove the cover from the chassis.6.

Warning: Except for short periods of time, do NOT operate the

system without the cover in place. The chassis cover must be in

place to allow for proper airow and to prevent overheating.
